1. Fill a basin or sink with cold or lukewarm water. Add a small amount of mild detergent. Submerge the posture corrector and gently agitate it by hand to remove dirt and sweat. Avoid scrubbing harshly to protect the fabric.

2. Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or any strong cleaning agents, as these can weaken the fabric and damage the elasticity.

3. After washing, rinse the corrector thoroughly with clean, cold water to remove all detergent residue.

4. Lay the posture corrector flat on a clean towel or hang it in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, which can cause fading and degrade the material over time.

5. Avoid ironing or exposing the corrector to any heat sources, as heat can damage the elastic fibers and alter its shape.

6. Do not put the posture corrector in a washing machine or dryer. The agitation and heat can cause the fabric to stretch out or lose its supportive properties.
